@DreadHedgehog The thing is I would have to again draw all the provinces by hand generating like 100 RGB codes that are unique, then group them all into states, states into regions, add basic infrastructure like railways ports and make sure I made no mistake in the process.

i find new a new bug: I dont no why between the zivilwar some parts of Tropico goes to Facist and the others to the socialic Republic. I hope on an Update.

Because the mod idea is really nice

I tested it and i find 3 bugs:

1. the island have numbers not normal names (small problem)
2. the ships cant leave the harbours (big problem)
3. Question: How so get Tropico so much advantages in the techtree (industrie/electro)? Because the focus tree gives tropico enough advantages
