Yes, If I remember correctly, Jeff Cobb used to do Pop-Up Versions at PWG in the past. By the way, I'm thinking of creating one, but it would be a simple cut and paste.
Of course I will pay attention to the joints, but the finished product may not be what you are looking for. Please understand that.
