I like this asset. Just with the stats i am not happy. Could you change it like the vanilla?!

@jvyce Thanks! I only laid the quay and the road next to it, and then painted over the territory on the sidewalk with this mod: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=689937287 . Also used https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1619685021 to level the road and https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=694512541 to plant trees evenly.

If I may ask, what mods did you use to get the sidewalk and quay near the water on the left of the 2nd screenshot? (road with monorail) great asset btw!
