Yes and no. Multiplayer skins are clientside. If you use this skin then you'll see it no matter where you use it, but others will not unless they use it to. If you're on a public server then the model's original hitboxes will be used.

She's only gone temporarily so the colors were more well-rounded. Since the models use the same bodies, the silhouettes aren't really all that different from eachother other than the hair. She'll be back and probably as a replacement for Louis / Ellis instead.

The proportions she has were the original intended proportions the model was built with. Previously they were just crudely stretched to fit the skeleton before I found a way around it. The height is her actual height (4'11" | 150cm). The hitboxes can be fixed, it just doesn't really help that Valve left the SDK with missing textures for everybody, so instead of hitboxes I get a big purple mess.

I'm gonna stop using this one now, Neru is too short and has really long legs, not only does it look weird, but if I try to shoot over her head, the original hit box is still there so I keep teamkilling by accident

Hmmm ... I do not know what could be the problem with these models, the TDA my favorite model to MMD, so when I installed them, I looked at them carefully, facial animation, body, looked to avoid incidents such as the hand in the body and more. In my opinion they are perfectly realized. The only thing missing is a voice! And yet, I would like to get to know someone then add Gumi, Rin, IA or others?

I don't currently have any release dates set or even planned. I'm going back and redoing the existing models first. When I have those finished and out (primarily after I solve an issue I've been trying to fix), I'll return to new models.

I've already started on this. You can find a few examples buried in my screenshots. As of late, I've been working on redoing existing models though since this is all just a learning project. The improvements will be transferred to the Left 4 Dead versions as well.
