If you have access to photoshop, paint.net , gimp, etc.,
Download the original addon. From there, you can use the model I have uploaded, and replace the textures for the main body with the original. If you want a nice look, update the bumpmaps by whatever method you find viable. I personally utilize a plugin in attempt to "recreate" the look.
After that, you can reupload it however you desire.
You could also use the original addon for the model. However, a slight issue that was fixed in this addon is a missing bone on the arms, which results in certain weapon models spawning underneath the model in the floor.
The only way to fix it is to decompile the model, go into blender and open the .smd, add the bone onto the actual model, add the bone in the .qc, and recompile the model.
From there, the weapons should be fixed (on the original model).
