Hello, I think it's probably this mod.
At War: Defense Platform Longevity 2.8.1 Update
Are you using it?
The only place the combat computers, added by this mod, show up is Outposts. Seems wrong, as the description reads "This ship" and not "The defensive platform". I take this to mean it should be equitable on a ship; would I be wrong in this belief?
Assuming it IS an oversight, issue stems from the roles only declaring Outposts as valid targets. Additionally, the Precognitive version is not tagged as an upgrade_to for Sapient, thus the Precognitive version is never used.
Lastly, there is no Autonomous version for Gestalt, either Outpost only or ship version. As posted on your Advanced Ship Sections, issue is due to Gestalts having their own line after Advanced.

The carrier radar is not appearing on the NSC Carrier model as an option for the PD slot. But it appears on other models. Halp!

carrier radar is back in action enjoy :)
im going to bring some better balance to the strike craft including more types of strike craft as well might take a few weeks but the carrier radar has to come first
As for the carrier radar I thought it was there last I checked I'll check if maybe I broke something or it could be a mod conflict
Since IIRC they were recently buffed and now the vanilla strike craft all have 100 accuracy except for the Amoeba since they have crazy high damage per hit. Also the tier 3 normal strike craft have 100% tracking, the Swarm ones have 80%. I think they were also made faster by a fair amount likely so that they can reach their targets faster and stand more of a chance.
So I was wondering if these have been updated/balanced against the new stats or not. I know that none of them had the 100% accuracy or 100% tracking when I checked them out in game, but I don't know if that is a balance decision or not. I think they may have also deployed/recovered slower than the base game ones but I can't remember.
Ow also what happened to the Carrier Radar I couldn't find it anywhere. Is it no longer needed or something?
