Anyhow, in my opinion the best feature of this map is definitely the low amount of trees and props used as it will most certainly show it's benefits in performance. A fine example of the fact that you don't need to use half a billion trees to make the map look exceptional. Also the requirements list, namely the number required assets (when you cut out the mods, as they're being used by most players anyway), is short enough to avoid overwhelming the users. A great start for 2021!
PS. Damn the castle islet is just a work of art - extremely innovative. This map deserves more recognition than what it currently has. I really hope this wonderful piece of work doesn't get buried in the workshop.
I did find ONE bush that was just ever so slightly encroaching the highway, but I won't fault you for it, HAHA!
I'm still loving this map, and playing on it, which means a ton considering I'm known in the discords I'm in as the guy who starts a new map every day.
Truly upsetting this won't make BonBonB's top maps of the year, cause this is, IMO, the winner.
Absolutely gorgeous! Highways? PERFECT. LOVE the tunnel work with the highways and the train, the fine detailing that most people might just blow by (fences, stop signs, bush/tree work). Even the fence in the cave under the ruins is cool. The interchange ramps are absolutely perfect, finely detailed, and I'm totally diggin the billboards.
Seriously man, seriously, I am blown away
