make sure you restart gmod---if the error persists after restart, try verifying the game integrity (right click on the game in steam and go to "Properties)

well this is using the original VMT file from 2004, but there's actuall some commented out things from an older version. At some point the specular map used a different texture and was a spheremap, which acted like how GoldSrc chrome did

i'll see what i can do, i have to update the texture and vmt's anyway, they're not fully accurate to the actual e3 2002 texture
