This is the mod that is causing some conflict. Can't get past the loading screen. Not sure why. The base "Guns of the empire" works just fine.

This only applies to Guns of the Empire. I took it out after multiple people mentioned that it made my units even further absurdly overpowered. I wanted Guns of the Empire to feel like an Empire stepped forward century, but still reasonably balanced.

I am reworking this scrap upgrade piece entirely after getting a lot better at modding in the past year. That will most likely come with WH3 though.

Do these upgrades only apply to the gunpowder units? And do I need the guns of the empire mod to enable this mod? (might be redundant to ask but I don't get why you would've taken it out the original mod then)

YES! This version is compatible with the Imperial Authority-Empire Upgrades mod. Part of why I pulled upgrades out was so there could be alternative versions compatible with different upgrade mods, so if you have a request besides that Imperial Authority let me know.
