Я родился и вырос в такой панельке. Там у нас были балконы на первом этаже. Похоже I-515 было несколько модификаций.

мне кажется элементы нужно делать в нескольких цветовых вариациях какие то например обшитые голубой плиткой

иначе каждый дом просто превращается в серый куб и строить такое особо смысла нет
