Я родился и вырос в такой панельке. Там у нас были балконы на первом этаже. Похоже I-515 было несколько модификаций.

мне кажется элементы нужно делать в нескольких цветовых вариациях какие то например обшитые голубой плиткой

иначе каждый дом просто превращается в серый куб и строить такое особо смысла нет

There are four apartments on each floor. Each apartment has one family, a man and a woman. It turns out that in theory 8 adults live on one floor.

Your elements are really nice but they are a little bit too big and I am afraid all building will eventually looks the same?
