Its just how dupe tool. Use advanced duplication tool to lower your building

I mean when I spawn a dupe it floats for some reason I'm not sure why.

usually there are only static (simplified) vehicles props, however, in the "Half Life 2" tab(games folder) there is a phys_vehicles folder where this prop is located
