I've added it to this entity (but not the one without the trash bin). If you find that it does the trick, I can add it to the other self service lounge as well.
I'd thought I could maybe make some 1x1 noise/smell blocking decos at some point as fillers you could sprinkle throughout the tower. But I haven't had time lately...
As it stands, I did not code in the boost that common area provides, though I think it's actually quite minor? The blocking of noise / smells probably has a larger impact on resident happiness than the actual common room boost... but I could probably add that in...
I did awhile back almost finish making one tile matching trash and recycling rooms but didn't think there was probably much demand. It just always bothered my how recycling was one tile wide and trash is two.
