A lot of my units are now in Radious' capable hands.
If you mean does it work with the latest patch, then yes, it should.
It is completely deliberate that the Scrappers are very low level only: They are meant to be essentially farmers and just non-militants that have picked up anything at hand to fight with-- you don't get 'trained farmer warriors'; as if they decide to get some training they just become normal warriors, and as such become a standardised fighting unit such as the Elite Swords. A higher level Scrapper is actually something like Frenzied Spearmen or Chosen Ones.
There are numerous Youtube video guides on modding-- just search for 'how to make rome 2 units'.
Working on African units at the mo, but I think I might add a few more for Briton at some point.
But yes, some more druidic units would be nice, I'll add one.
