You haven't really created a mod you just added a .vpp building set. Downloading the mod isn't necessary to get this working just downloading the .vpp will work from get hub.

I've been to the locations on the map you've pictured and can't find any of the caves.

I can not find the VPP BuilderItemsFolder anywhere in the VPPAdminTools folder. This is not easier than the ini.c way, uness you know where the folder is hiding.

then maybey you dont have the files added to vpp

can you be a bit more specific on where to put the .vpp file? I've installed VPP Admin Tools, and have a folder called VPPAdminTools in my server profile folder, but nothing under there called BuilderItemsFolder
