About the rule that says no more than 3 players over the age of 20, is that a real rule?I used to be a referee in the county league and there is no such thing in the 4th league to have only 3 players over the age of 20, it's a senior competition, so what's the point in having only young players?What's your source of information?The ROAF, where these rules are given doesn't say anything about a player limit after a certain age in the 4th league. it's well made DB, however i did some personal modifications to it for my own personal happines :
- Brought back Rapid Bucuresti (id 1510) and replaced it with the Rapid from 2nd league.
-Restored the Romanian League Cup as there are 16 teams in league 1 and fits in nicely for more football
-Removed the restrictive rules of having U22/21/20 players in starting 11/playing 11 in all leagues
-Added some incentive final league position money for L1,L2 and L3 as they are professional leagues
-Some minor history additions in Balkans Club cup and Mitropa Cup where Rapid Bucuresti won/reached finals of those extinct competitions, nothing more than simple history.
