@The Viral Divinity You'd need to make a mod folder in Documents > Proxy Studios > Gladius > Mods and then put the file you want to edit in there with the same folder structure that it has in the vanilla files. So in "Mods" you'd have your mod folder > Data > World > Units > Tyranids > your edited Headquarters.xml

I can't believe nobody brought this up before, because it seems like a pretty big issue to me if now half of my city, my units go crazy instead of being fully sustained.

Sadly this mod has one fatal flaw that I'm hoping you can help me fix. The Tyranid HQ synapse range is still base game, which is only a range of 1, upgraded to 2 with the tech. thus, I'm assuming this is just a property for the Headquarters like the rest of this mods edits. Can you update the mod with a matching synapse buff, or tell me how I could do it?

@Vaultwulf Yes, you can find the mod in steam/steamapps/workshop/content/489630. Copy folder "2327072023" to Documents/Proxy Studios/Gladius/Mods so that you have a version of this mod that Steam won't potentially change after you've edited it. You can then name that folder whatever you want and inside you'll have data/world/buildings and in "buildings" there are folders for each faction. If you delete the folders that aren't "SpaceMarines" you'll have a version of this mod that only affects the Space Marines. As for making a mod that is configurable in-game, this game doesn't have an interface that would allow for that.

@Imlsna is it possible to adjust the mod (Tweak the files) to only effect the Space Marines? Or perhaps Provide the option enable and disable factions and set the radius from +1 to +3?

jeah even that is the prob both have the same mods but i get crahes each time , than i test it in singelplayer without problems but when i make a save game i cant get load back than i become the same crashes

@* DTMAG * - Klobürste aka SomiX All mods should be compatible with multiplayer as long as everyone has the mod and there aren't conflicts in the load orders (for example, if Mod A and Mod B overwrite each other and Player A has Mod A overwriting Mod B while Player B has Mod B overwriting Mod A that could cause an issue, but otherwise as long as the same mods are present for both players it should be fine).

I tried the mod and its ok, I feel its a little to much. I think a good Mod would be for the Space Marines since they can only have 1 base, but i would make its so its only +1 radius. the +2 and having the multiple base drop just takes the challenge out of dropping base at right location and working with what you got strategy

@Polskers Done! So yeah, if you download the +2 Enclave Radius mod linked it'll have the same effect as this mod, but for enclaves.

@Polskers It affects their main city, but not the smaller additional cities that they can make which use the enclave building instead of a headquarters. The linked mod has a similar effect for the enclaves but it is +1 radius rather than +2 as an effort to keep their proportional size compared to regular cities. I could make a +2 version as well though.

So just to clarify, this mod does not affect the Adepta Sororitas and their enclave/city building, and if I want to have the same effect for them, I should download your other linked mod?

@elmogrita33 Gladius+ shouldn't affect this mod either way (I've always used it alongside this mod) and I haven't experienced any issues running this mod in the current game version. If the mod isn't functioning for you I would give Steam a restart in case it hasn't updated your copy of the mod, unsub/resub, ensure it is enabled, and relaunch the game afterward.

love the mod because mod enrich the game alot.
but sadly after the release of Adeptus Sororitas this cool mod stopped working.

Ok it's tommorow now and the mod works, just had to unsub and resub to fix it. Now i can finally lag my pc to death again

Hi is it possible to make a compat with the Iron Hands mod to allow the Base city radius of 2. While using the Iron hands we still only get the normal 1 radius

@SkavenDan You could always try an unsub/resub also in case you got a botched download of the mod. The game doesn't automatically enable mods that you subscribe to as well, so I would check to be sure it is still enabled in the in-game menu afterward. Hope you can get it working.

@SkavenDan I subscribed to the mod on another computer today to test it in the latest version and it seemed to be functioning normally in the quick test I did with AM. And looking in the files it seems that only the Aeldari headquarter building has been modified at all since I made the mod (it no longer has the "remnants of the fall" trait). I'll have to get around to rectifying that, but the main functionality of the mod should be unchanged even in that case.

@Belenian Are you using any other mods that alter the headquarter building of that faction? They could potentially overwrite this mod. Otherwise I'm not sure would could be the issue so long as you've ascertained that the mod is enabled in-game, as I've tested the mod with Craftworld Aeldari in the current patch.
