This mod really works, install correctly, although I had to re-enter twice with the same character for the cards to appear exactly.

You need to first install the mod by clicking on mods in the main menu, selecting the checkbox beside the mod, and then clicking "install mods". A new loadout will be added to all characters.

what do you mean by "overpower"? I think nothing change in my loadout...
