Beside that, i really like it. 8/10, since the civ is so op.
Because you do not use a Textkey with your leader names it is not possible for me to easily change the name of your civilization in my mod to make it compatible with Civ4 Traits.
I was 90% finished with a Swamp Thing mod when my laptop died on me and a hard drive crash lost my work. That plus a lot of life distractions delayed my plans.
Also, I finally started playing Brave New World. So, this may open up new options for future mods.
Their special power could be "Speed of Mercury" allowing them to treat all terrain as plains for movement purposes.
Their capital could be called "The Rock of Eternity" and their special units could be:
"Shazam's Enchanted"
Late Game Heavy melee infantry with a very far move radius.
"Enemies of the Sins"
Early-Game sorcerors who have a low resistance to melee infantry. They would be sort-of a more powerful archer.
