The Landmark feature in the game is just if you want to see more historic and important sites for the time period and info about em.

It took digging but I finally found out this mod is referring to the Howick House in Northumberland, an archaeological site. There are a lot of things named Howick out there. This is why including an actual mod description to elaborate on the topic is important
