The main roadblock for me is the amount of time it'd take to do the c_hands anims

I keep wanting to make an arcCW addon using these assets, but it'd be a huge undertaking on top of everything else I already have going.
I do hope someone does so though, it'd be epic.

Sadly no, for now, since they're stored in a new type of format that the current version of the game uses, which the tool I used for extracting the files cannot work with.
