When downloading any workshop item, if you are offered the option to replace materials, you must answer Yes to all or it may pooch the download. Un sub the head, start sfm and let the model clear, resub the model and try it again.

No, I added those skins to the head models, but you can use override materials to do the Ice and Gold skins to the HWM models. Which is what I did in this... https://youtu.be/NKp8slCsiyg

The Whole player version is the HWM\Scout

When you subscribe, you have to allow the material replacements. It's a known Workshop bug. If you don't the model will not work. Un sub and resub after the model has been deleted. When prompted to replace materials answer Yes to all for each prompt.

When prompted to replace materials you have to say YES TO ALL or the download will fail. If you said no or no to all, unsub the model, let SFM clear the files then resub. this time say Yes To All at the prompts.

If you're talking about this ( http://imgur.com/hGcgjaX ), this isdone with a custom head or via custom skins. (or both) these heads use the standard skins available for the scout.

check your filters, the main filter should be All Mods, then in the level filter MDL files and nothing in the model filter... and this is not the area you should be asking FAQs Please take it to the discussion group...
