1. PB Trailer Manager "up"
2. PB Trailer Manager "down"
3. PB Trailer Manager "apply"
4. PB Trailer Manager "back"
But by default all programmable blocks on all my designs are turned off (so they don't interfere with each other during printing, and so that scripts that you're not using don't take up processing power).
So if it is not responding, find the block in the terminal labelled "PB Trailer Manager" and amke sure it's on.
1. print truck, remove hinge head from the "tow hitch hinge".
2. print trailer, and place an extra hinge head onto the hinge at the front, like in this pic:

3. Line up the empty hinge at the rear of the truck with the extra hinge head on the trailer, and hit "attach"
Still, I'll put together a guide (video if I can) and add it to all the vehicles & trailers workshop pages.
I think I need to do a video guide at some point for all this, sorry if the lack of explanation is what caused the trouble!
So projectors don't include sub grids, but they also add heads to rotors and hinges, even if they were not there on the blueprint.
To allow trailers to articulate horizontally and vertically, I made the designs so that after printing the trailer, you need to add an additional hinge head on to the hinge at the front, orientated as shown in this image:

I have heard of Clang happening once in a while, but never as bad as what you're describing.
I can put a something together tonight to show you how I have been doing it, but that may not solve your problem.
Are you playing on singleplayer, on with someone else hosting or on a dedicated server?
Heavy trucks are on the to build list, I just like to build smallest first, then go bigger.
