Nice theming, putting the solitary cell in a high tower really fits well. I like the stairs going up to the different zones but they're not consistent the entire time which bothers me. What I mean is that places that are 2 tiles high have the same length stairs as ones with 1 tile high. Also, border wall is amazing, the fact that you can walk up there is something I would've never thought of doing myself.
