There is, in fact. Look up a program called 'Gmad Converter.' That's with an 'a.' If you can't find it, ill be happy to link you to it.

It's not doing it upon spawn. I use the "Stand Pose Tool" to put the models in a neutral position and they end up sticking out of the ground halfway.

It doesn't do that for me. If the torso is getting suck in the ground when spawning though, just spawn it on a wall.

Can you maybe modify these a bit? The stand pose causes them to be torsos in the ground and the black mage's collisions spaz out whenever he's picked up.
