Any chance that you could add support for the CUP MH-47E? CUP is listed as supported, but I for some reason this particular helicopter doesn't seem to be supported. Thanks in advance!

In this mod, the KEY sign is not working correctly

Please fix so we can install and use it in our servers! It's looking amazing and adds a ton of playability for us !!

Try doing it for the pelican class itself, not the base.

I'm trying to apply what you did with this mod to the OPTRE pelican, and it's not working for me. I added the waterLeakiness = 0.1; to the base class of the pelican, just like you did for the huron. Any ideas?

You may be able to make a helicopter float but it will only ever float upside down. Think of where the weight is.

At least you need to mention where did you get this idea or parameters in the description
you can't say that you discover the config by yourself
This feature took me about 3~4 months to make it come true then you only just took two days
That feels like my effort is get stepped over
and CUP CH-47 is already can float

You're right I did like the idea of the Huron floating from his mod, but I didn't copy his "code" (configs aren't code), I just looked up the config value that controls floating and did it myself. That's it.

Isn't it kind of suspicious that Advanced Aerodynamics came out with floating Chinooks, and then this mod comes out shortly after? The original author @[TW]Aaren even says this is his code.

Found a solution. This is NOT a problem related to your mod ;-) My startparameter modlist was to long! steamProtocolMaxDataSize=1024 in my server.cfg fixed it!

example:

-mod=@RotaryFloatation

@BremerBierbude. It's not possible for it be just in the mission file since it modifies the config value for the helicopters. I honestly don't know why you're having troubles. Sorry man.

Hmm, when i try to use it on my Antistasi Server the Arma Launcher reports that my Server has NO mods loaded an the Mod Info could not be downloaded correctly from the Server... Key File, Startparameter, everything is fine..

I was referring to the Mohawk when I say it's unrealistic btw. I know the Chinook can float that's whole reason I made the mod, but I thought it was cool to make the Mohawk float as well.

Does this mod work with the Advanced Aero Effects mod? It also makes the CH-67 float but doesn't allow swimming into it or the RHS and CUP helis.
