Extension to the previous comment: I will now base buildings by a family of 3 for each window (exept corners). That will be more realistic. So, ill try making taller flats to have higher capacity.

@Mossi yes, comrade joe pointed that out. I'm working on "Inflated Capacity" buildings and more realistic ones. I will try to post mods almost every day, and if you check out my workshop later today, youll find more realistic flats. I kinda want to make a bus platform, but idk how to route vehicles to the stop points. I hope you enjoy my next mod though!

The capacity seems to be too high for such a building. Maybe it needs to be balanced.
