Just to follow a remove and re-install and a fresh SFM cfg file has sorted the issue. Cheers, model looks sick. Top work pal.

Cheers for the response ill try a delete and re-download and see whats happening.

Just download, then enter into SFM and accept you're downloading this models and that's it

not sure if this is an issue with me but if i load this into SFM it just throws the huge red ERROR. Any ideas what im doing wrong?

hello and I need help for porting content and maps from a source game called alien swarm
can you help helping me port that content to sfm, because I. tried once and it didn't work there was a problem with lighting that didn't let the textures load it only loaded the wires and bones of the map for. some reason

Make the gif, then change the format renaming the file, and use it in SFM, it's weird how a png image works like a gif, but it worked at the end.

I have to ask, how'd you upload a gif as a preview thumbnail?
