For the third goal, you don't have to have all 8 lines unlocked, I just completed it with a total of only 6 lines.

Is the third goal even possible? (All Lines to Pentagon by Week 7) - I never get enough extra lines for get this goal. You need get an extra line in five of seven weeks, and they don'tseem to be offered that often?
