@Shavy thx for your recomendation, unfortunately i cant do that, cause i need to edit something called startpos.esf which i don't know how to edit it and if i can edit it, it will have conflict with a lot of good mod out there

a recommendation for you, I would like a mod that gives all the provinces that have no specialty one so buildings like the mountain hideout and smiths appear in more then five or so locations on the map. thanks!
