Hey bro, the file does not work for me. I've been having this issue also with the same file from DANDY: the thing is that if I start a new career in Serie A, players such as Osimhen, Vidal, Sanchez, Mkhitariyan and Miranchuk are not selectable, because a red square next to their name pops out, saying that they cannot be registered. I've tried with Napoli and Osimhen for example is not selectable even in friendlies, and that's because he's still considered as non-eu.

I think you can ignore that status. Even if I add Brazil to European Union it still shows that Brazilian players are out of EU :)

I don't think so. I tried to start a save as Napoli in the Serie A club and the non-EU rule is still there.
