You'll just have to delete and re-add the train to your train lines to fix that. The updated version has different trailer configurations with regards to naming, and the game doesn't like that very much, hence some of the carriages ended up backwards. Couldn't really avoid it, but at least it's an easy fix.

Hi, I have noticed that the last car is now (since the last update?) backwards on the 6 car PR version. Looks a little strange :).
