How do you launch Nike Hercules? no launchers. Futhermore, I can't find the command and control bunker, only in the tech tree, but the structure itself doesn't appears in the production tree.

I need to update this mod, it was merged into Parabellum so I need to rewrite the stand-alone version with the updated version of the game.
