I personally I would take it as a compliment because I am sure that people from that workshop most likely download it for the same reason as they would download it here.

Hello, there's been two separate reuploads of this mod to the HL2 workshop. I feel like you should be aware so you can decide what to do(at the very least its likely worth trying to keep duplicate reuploads down).
