Just download and use gmod. They will simply not have a collision, but they should work.

What's the difference? This tree was a mod for sims 4, it would be better to say thanks that I had to download this game in order to connect the mod, then export this model and port it under gmod. Because of such ungrateful users, I left for Patreon.

This is cool because when you are playing Garry's Mod and when Christmas comes, then you get the christmas tree and decorate it but you made the christmas tree for when it's christmas and if you don't have one, then you get the addon.
