Oh by the way, I finally understood what was the problem with many texture and animation mods. For the current level, if you boot the game normally and the game loads the level in the menu, when you load the same level in game then it won't work for that level but will work for others. However if you launch the game with -console then it will never load a level in the menu and you will have no problems :)

is the blue crystal glitched? the thumbnail shows it having orange tips on the end of the blue crystal

it should work if you move it to custom folder! But anyway this mod is no longer suported as it is included in black-mesa hd

Hello! I like this mod, however for some reason it only works when I'm launching the game with the -console argument, if I launch it normally it doesn't work. It's not the case with 4K inbound tram for example which works no matter what.
