If you have the player swapper mod installed then you can select captain toad from the in game menu (option if mod is installed should appear near the setting menu or in that area if I’m not mistaken). Otherwise Captain Toad is located in Hat Kid’s bedroom so once that area is unlocked you can go and talk with Toad to swap there

How do i use this mod?

someone placed a playable character legend of zelda link mod directly in front of captain toad. he is a lot smaller than toad and has a terrified look on his face. both mods really go together for link's terror lol
