ok so you will extract the gma file go in the sounds folder then take out the 9 sounds

There isnt a tool. Just a simple table with the sound names and the sounds.
It will make it so when the round ends it will play a certain song for a team.

@Bot Bert decompile the addon using the built in tool (Its in the steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\bin folder) It is a text based tool you have to launch it using command prompt. Edit the sound files to what you want it to be. Recompile then you have to use a second tool to upload it so that everyone joining your server can get the custom one. Make sure to give the creator credit.

You will need to put your music in the sound folder with the same names then reupload. dont forget to give me credit.
