You are correct, but I'm not sure when it will happen, if ever. Since uploading this item, I've discovered that IC crops the in-game picture relative to the width of the aspect ratio. This means 21:9 players see noticeably less on-screen at once than 16:9 players. The only way to play without the cropping is to use a 4:3 aspect ratio like the game was designed for.

Looks like this needs to be updated to support the new tel 2.10 condensed build menu, currently uses the old two panel menu with the new background art.
