I love the reference, but it needs some polish
Also, the random hole on the chest feels both awkward and slightly inaccurate to the comics: Soldier only tears off the right side of his jacket (which IMO would be a much simpler and less awkward concept to pull off as a cosmetic) before showing up completely naked

TF2 Comic reference, Soldier covers himself in honey and then fights bears while naked. Scout becomes unconscious from being injured from one of the bears in a hot dog costume (but wakes up in Heavies house after being rescued from the bears) and pyro violently chops a bear's head off after it tells him in Pyroland that it's dangerous to play with fire.
