A shame that the mod download is dead. meaning i can't download it, as TF2Mods shut down around 2017

Stats:
Heavy gets drunk (because of vodka) and he is +40% faster for 6 seconds. The same for teammates.

another idea is when you eat it, ( like the buffolo steak sandvich) it makes you only use melee, and every time you kill someone, they turn in to a ice sculpture, like the spy-cicle
