I would LOVE to see screen shots!

This is gonna go great in my semi realistic rural city (80,000 pop in real life), it only has one official, large police station, along with a few secondary training facilities scattered throughout the city. The default game police stations would be unrealistic for me because we don't have 20 police stations, just the one downtown. Of course there are many fire stations here though.

All and Any mod disables achievements. I am sorry I don't know about assets, and this is an asset, not a mod so if you where good before, you will love this.

I like this one a lot cause it's size, features and appearance fits very well in my kind of cities: perfectly midtown!

Street number is now correct. Thanks for all of your input and kind words. I also identified a more pleasing light configuration and placed a small tree in the court yard.

just a tip: the number is mirrored because when you dump buildings from the game the export process mirrors them. you can import the obj file into blender, mirror it and then export it back out. i would check out citywokcitywall's video tutorials for the whole process: https://youtu.be/YCQac4351as?list=PL6kotTknxXVSndBY89PgF2vzOdN6gS2TD
