Okay, I tried downloading and got the same issue.
Simple fix: I uploaded it again. I guess the files got corrupted during the upload.
I can download it now, so you should be able as well.

Oh no.... Why is updating mods so riddled with obstacles... I blame the Paradox Launcher.

Not sure why, but I can't download this mod. It downloads super slow before saying "content unavailable"

At an earlier stage, I had named this "A Neutral Nation", because I needed it to start with an A for reasons of loading priority.
I have no idea why it shows up for you with the old name.
Nothing was changed. (By the way whenever I update this, I need to manually rename it to Neutralia, because the Paradox launcher is arse). Maybe unsubscribe and resubscribe zo the mod. For some reason that fixes some problems.

Mexico not included.

Included is:
-Tibet, Nepal, Butan,
-every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Nation south of Mexico
-Haiti, Dom Rep, Cuba
-All of South America except Brazil, Venezuela and the european territories.
