Frankly, I love the look of this asset, but to make a residents, then call it a "store" in the title is misleading at the very least, not to mention disappointing.
all shops are dropping like flies and are being repurposed or reinvented to serve completely different purpose now :)
the only thing is... residenbtial areas in former shops or stores is the worst one :D:D
Also, is this meant to be a whole building or just the storefront textures?
I totally agree with Redstonebuildz on the texture!
