@Solargoth The M5000 are for heavy rail, the same stuff that your your 150s, 180s and 390s run on, the mod you linked is for the road tram tracks so the M5000 won't work with this mod since the M5000 is too big for the in-game road tram tracks. Hopes this answers your answers :tsw21972:

Warpyro will be making a mega re-skin pack for anyone who is asking for different repaints for the M5000s. He will be including pretty much every livery, every tram wore in commercial service throughout the UK and more, excluding one off ad versions
