The Mod for WH2 has the title No Spell Cooldown. Player Only. This mod does 2 things - it gives 100% on the players cooldown and it also gives a -200 % miscast chance for the player. You're right - for WH1 there is no such mod. But for WH2 there is such a mod that I always use.

Thanks for porting this mod from WH2 to WH1. I missed this. The only thing it needs now, is a cheat mod that gives - 100 or 200 to miscast, so that overcasting is possible without a big danger.
