I really can't find 'Clear Play Log' under 'Modes - Misc'
Though possibly works as your level can actually be 20-20.99 so may just be greater than 20, but be prepared to ere on the side of caution xD
Student gets a 8x xp multiplier if the teacher is a master (Skill = 20).
In regards to why you will have to ask the original author I think
It looks like this has bonus mood and the master lesson while Craftsmanship has bonus chance of gaining a passion.
