In the main menu, before you start a new game, in the lower right-hand corner is a controller button. Click that and a checklist should pop up; simply checkbox Portal 2.

I'm still working on it. Would you mind to check that your Portal 2 game cache is valid? If you're not sure how, right click in library, properties, local files tab, and verify integrity button.
