How to receive generals?

I've toyed with the idea! I have learned enough about modding to make maps and stuff. I think the best bet for something like that would be The Dawn, since it's already built into the setting and I would have to make few changes to the game itself. Mostly just setup correct September 1944 borders, put some special factions on the map, etc. So to answer your question:

Will there be an attempt to make a Hellsing total conversion? *Curious*
