Thank you for the reply, and indeed it is called nouvelle valeur for anyone else looking for it with findit mod and not Monumentul" or "Guruslău".

Why does this have a 3 star rating while there are some horribly textured assets with 5 or 4 stars... Sorry that I'm being a bitter betty but great work :D

Great looking creation, unfortunately it doesn't show up in game for me using either names you've listed, nor can I find in looking through the folders.. is there perhaps a specific DLC or another asset or mod required?

Would love to use this in my cities, so any further suggestions would be appreciated.
